What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up for law updates on our homepage. We also use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate page traffic — it collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and is GDPR-compliant by design. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to send you updates about Law No. 7582 — changes, guidance, and anything else relevant to the exemption. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties (other than the email delivery service used to send messages), or use it for advertising.

Retention & unsubscribing

We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active. When you unsubscribe, your address is marked inactive and removed from all future sends. To request permanent deletion of your data from our systems, email us directly and we will action it within 30 days. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
